Trip to Tatton Park Farm

The children at Worth Pre-School went on a trip to Tatton Park farm recently.

Children, parents, carers and staff boarded the huge coach and set off for Tatton Park Farm in Knutsford.  We saw lots of animals such as goats, pigs, sheep, cows, ducks and hens.  The children were given a ‘spotting’ sheet to find as many animals and features on their trail around the farm yard, stopping by Farmer Brown’s house for a quick lesson of how life used to be in the 1940s.  After lunch, we had a play on the adventure playground and some children managed to watch the lambs being fed.  All the children were impeccably behaved and were tired out as they were safely returned home.
